INTERNSHIP PROJECTS

Agtegra Interns will complete a project related to their field of study. Managers work with the intern to find a project that will benefit the company and help the intern learn. For example, a project may concentrate on the nutrient requirement variations in corn, while other projects can include working with vendor accounts to receive outstanding credits or assisting with yield estimates.

My internship with Agtegra allowed me to grow and learn in the agronomy field. The team was willing to help me in any way they could and let me try new things that I was interested in. I gained many valuable lessons through real-life experiences during my internship that will help me in the future. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to experience and be a part of this internship program.

LANDON HEGG

2023 Sales Agronomist Intern

The Agtegra internship program is like no other. They are more than willing to let you try anything you want while providing learning opportunities that teach you necessary life skills. The sense of community that the Agtegra employees create is something that I feel is unique to this cooperative. Everyone strives to make sure you leave this internship experience more knowledgeable then when you started.

TESSA ERDMANN

2022 Marketing Intern

Respectful. Robust. Relevant. Everyone at Agtegra has gone out of their way to treat us interns with respect. I’ve had access to a range of opportunities and assignments. Everything I’m learning is relevant to my technical growth, relationship-building, or life skill development.

ANDY KEYES

2022 Legal Intern

My internship with Agtegra has allowed me to grow and learn in the field of grain marketing. Agtegra has molded the internship towards what I was interested in, while allowing me to have many different experiences. They never said no when I asked to do something, like sitting in on a meeting to shadowing an employee who worked at a different location. Agtegra does a great job teaching its interns, from taking notes in the conference room to learning through real-life experiences. The people here welcome any questions, which I truly appreciate. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to experience this internship. I know it will help me out in the future.
