Please read the below policies before continuing to our online order form.
Important Notice:
- Payments for delivery due the 22nd of the following month
- 60 Days Past Due - Cash Only
- Credit is subject to cancellation
- If your account is Cash on Delivery, please call our office at (605) 225-6383 with payment information immediately.
- 48-hour notice is needed prior to delivery to avoid extra charges. Detailed charge schedule is located below this form.
- If a customer is on a scheduled delivery route and runs out of gas, there will be no charge for a leak check or a delivery charge for product.
Service Fee Schedule:

| After hours and weekends | $200 Delivery Fee |
| Holidays | $250 Delivery Fee |
| Pressure test (required for “Out of Gas” Deliveries) | $60 additional |
Out of Gas Policy:
- If on "Will call" plan, we advise our customers to call before the tank reaches 25% and that we are given up to 9 days of notice to route your tank as efficiently as we can.
- In the event of an "Out of Gas" call:
- Please provide us with both cell and work phone numbers
- Have an adult member of the house be home when propane is delivered
- A leak test MUST be completed on all "Out of Gas" situations. If the customer is on a "Will Call" delivery status, this fee falls to the customer.
- If no one is home, our delivery person has been advised not to fill the tank.
