OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS
FREE CAMPING
Camping at the fairgrounds on Friday and Saturday nights is free. You do not need to call ahead to reserve a space — it’s first come, first serve. Please display the camper pass you received with your event tickets in a visible window in your camper. The campgrounds closest to the event are Coyote Corner and Buffalo Trails, but any designated camping areas within the fairgrounds are available for you to camp in. Please enter through Gate 6 on the fairgrounds. If you need an additional camper pass, you can pick one up at the entrance to Gate 6. If you wish to camp earlier than Friday evening, the state fairgrounds will charge $5/night to park or $30/night to camp; payment can be made at their office or the kiosks located throughout the campgrounds.
Don't have a camper? Check out these camper rental options. Book early as many camper rentals will be booked for the Sturgis Rally.
HOTELS
To book a hotel room, you MUST CALL when reserving a room and let them know that you are in town for the Agtegra Appreciation Night event. Some of the hotels may give you a discounted rate, if they have one, so be sure to make your reservation over the phone vs. online. We also encourage you to book your room early to ensure availability as rooms will book fast. Shuttles will be available on the fairgrounds to transport guests to and from their hotels throughout the event.
