Agtegra Cooperative Announces New VP of Agronomy Sales

Agtegra Cooperative is pleased to announce Ryan Schuchhardt as its VP of Agronomy Sales. Ryan has been in the agronomy business for the past 24 years. He started his career as a sales agronomist and has held several leadership positions within the agronomy sales organization, most recently as Regional Seed Lead.
 
In his new role, Ryan will lead and execute the sales strategy for agronomy products and services, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market trends. This includes developing comprehensive sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and providing ongoing training and support across Agtegra's footprint.
 
"Ryan is passionate about our mission to serve the customer, providing a consistent best-in-class experience and developing people," says Agtegra SVP of Agronomy Daryl Molskness.
 
Ryan was raised on a farm/ranch in Dupree, South Dakota. He and his wife, Terra, reside in Huron and are raising their three children. Ryan enjoys hunting, golfing, traveling, and attending his kids' activities.
