Agtegra Cooperative to Acquire AP Express in Roscoe

We are excited to share that Agtegra Cooperative has entered into a purchase agreement with the owners of AP Express in Roscoe, SD. This supports our strategy of growing our energy footprint and adds a well-positioned convenience store, strengthening our presence in a community that has long supported Agtegra.
Similar to our Aberdeen Travel Center, our vision is to continue building a welcoming space where neighbors, families and travelers can connect, fuel up and feel at home. We look forward to serving the Roscoe community and building on the strong relationships already in place at AP Express.
The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of September.
