Agtegra Supports 27 Food Pantries Across North and South Dakota

As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening food security in rural communities, Agtegra Cooperative has donated financial resources to 27 food pantries in North and South Dakota.

“As an agricultural cooperative, we take pride in helping feed the world,” said Jason Klootwyk, Agtegra CEO. “But that mission begins at home. Ensuring our local communities have access to food is a responsibility we take seriously.”

Agtegra’s support targets food pantries in areas where its employees and member-owners live and work. By partnering with civic, nonprofit, and local organizations, the cooperative helps address food insecurity and expand access to nutritious food at the community level.

“Being a local cooperative means being invested in the well-being of our neighbors,” Klootwyk added. “We’re proud to stand behind the food pantries that serve the people in our trade territory.”

Through a matching grant from the Land O’Lakes Foundation, Agtegra doubled the impact of its contributions, enhancing the ability of these pantries to serve families in need.
