Why Use Multiple Modes of Action?

As part of its ongoing commitment to the future of agriculture, Agtegra Cooperative has provided support to more than 150 4-H clubs and FFA chapters across North Dakota and South Dakota this year. These contributions play a key role in advancing the cooperative’s agricultural education and community impact initiatives.

One of the most distinctive aspects of the Agtegra First internship program is that interns leave with far more than just a résumé boost — they gain meaningful, hands-on experiences that reinforce their academic learning and often shape their future career paths. In return, these interns bring fresh perspectives and valuable contributions to the cooperative, leaving a lasting impression that can influence Agtegra’s future in powerful ways.

Agtegra Cooperative has awarded scholarships to 10 high school seniors and two college students for the 2026-2027 school year.
